Hi i am planning to buy an villa from tekton Estate (NRI centre city). Can any one sugget me about how good it is?

My comments to replies
The project is good and it is a gated community spread over 6 acres of land and they are ready to customize the villa according to the taste of the clients. The project is surrounded by many other prestigious projects like Prestige Greens Wood Villa, Brigade Golden Triangle, Brigade Exotica etc
