I own an appratment in Vishwakarma In town.Construction hasn' progressed for the pat four months.Does any one have details on what the problem is and when would they start the construction again?

Did any one make a reply to this query about the stalled progress. I spoke to the the representatives and was told the reason for stopping "Clearance from CMDA / DTCP as a back lash of the mogilivakkam incident " I some how feel this is not right. The authorities can not stop the clearance unless Vishwakarma is not following specified standards. Also, this is not a multi storey apartment beyond 4 floors. The walls are near completion. Part of the construction blocks was done using porotherm bricks and other part is being done with solid blocks / aerocon blocks. Reason cited : Non availability of material. The 4th floor is kept pending because of this shortage. Now the date of possesion is again revised (4th time) to Apr 2016 for Vishwakarma intown ????I seriously don't know what is happening in this project.Are they planning to complete it or not.
Dont know what is exactly happening ? I was told it will be around Dec 2015 when they hand over. Where did you get the information about the new date Apr 2016

When I was asked to make a stage payment (wall completion), I asked for the schedule. Then I was told around Dec 2015 when I was at the site. Now you mention Apr 2016. What is happening ?

Earlier they said, the project would be completed at Dec 2014, with grace period till April 2015....But now they are telling completion would be on December 2016 to April 2016.
How about the stage wise payments, bank emi etc.
