Finally found a good prospect for investment. Skies Punawale is a better project located in this area. It is offering largest carpet area which for me is very important. Apart from that their are many other projects with the same specification and aprox same price. 41 Esteria, Shriyans, Marvella are some of them... I want to finalise the in next few days.
