The cost of 2BHK starts from Rs. 64.36 lacs to Rs. 75.32 lacs, 3BHK from Rs. 89 lacs to 98.37 lacs and 4BHK from Rs. 1.16 Cr to Rs. 1.20 Cr. onward. Location advantages: Less than 4 KM from North Coimbatore & R.S Puram, Less than 2.5 KM from NSR Road & Less than 2 KM from Mettupalayam Road bus stand. Close to all commercial and Educational Institutions. It is expected that the date of possession will be July'2015.
