Q: I am planning to book a 3 bhk villas in Icon Sanctuary. What is the booking amount they are asking for? What is the rate per sqft going on in this project?

Q: Planning to visit 3BHK villa in icon sanctuary. Would like to know since its quite far from major IT Parks(Ecity, Whitefield, ORR ), if we book it, in the next 5 years would it be suitable only as an investment or for family stay also?? Also what is the reputation of builder in providing timely completion & delivery...

Thanks for the replies. Unfortunately could not visit this weeknd will plan shortly.. but one of my colleague visited another project close to this. he drove till bagalur and had few concerns with Icon Sanctuary location --- 1) the location is very close to tamil nadu border just 1-2 kms. As such not much further development possible after the project location. 2) Road till Sarjapur town is good but there is very narrow lane after Sarjapur village ( only one car can pass at a time ) and the icon project per their website is after the village so very difficult to reach... 3) My friend could not see the project hoarding or board "Icon Sanctuary" anywhere on the highway per details in the icon homz website. 4) Also checked google maps but not seeing the project in the location based on what is published in their website. 5) Per his view, all current IT Cluster like ECity, ORR, Whitefield and hospitals are at a distance of 25+ Kms 1-way so daily commute will burn lot of fuel.Thanks for the replies.
