is it worth buying a 2BHK flat(1085 SFT) for 35 lakhs ?, propertu is 10 years old, complete wood work is done
Q: I am planning to buy 10 years old 2BHK(1085 SFT) with Car Parking, wood work, fall ceiling and 2 splict ac, is it worth buying?

Latest Answer: I think, this can be a good choice, especially if you are getting such facilities. But, you should check the condition of the building before buying because, even some bad construction can be painted and made to look like a good one. As it is for 35 lakhs, I think it is a pretty decent bargain.
