Thanks for the quick responses but it did not answer my question fully. I want detailed specifications. Everyone makes RCC structure these days. 1. What brand tiles on floors. 2. What brand/quality of wood is used for flooring. 3. Electric wire/pipes/bathroom fittings. 4. Is water connection available ? 5. How many electric ports are active in each flat for power backup ? 6. Hi Ashish, As per my knowledge, Investors Aashiyana is one of the most popular residential development in Sector-70. Builder Investors Inn Infrastructure Pvt.Ltd is constructing this project. This project is located in one of the prime residential location with decent residential environment. This project offers 1BHK & 2BHK apartment, area ranging from 600 sq-ft to 900 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 4000/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around December 2015.
