Hi Souvik, Sandeep construction have already completed two projects namely Kolimi Heights and Sandeep Dhruva. Sandeep Square is their third project which is under construction and the expected possession is by 2016 September.

Hi Souvik, Before book check all the documents provided by the builder and OC can only be obtained once the construction gets over.... As you said that the builder has promised to provide OC and A Khata I do not think there will be any issue but to be on the safer side cross check all the documents with the help of a legal expert.
ok. Do you have any contact for any good legal expert in bangalore so that I can verify the documents after booking ?

Hi souvik Kar ,i am one of the customer at sandeep square,Builder is not new,he had done 30 projects in bang,
i too had a doubt before,but after seeing his Old Projects ,i really Liked the way ,there design and development
,i had seen last 3 projects,one thing i had noticed is project will be late,but specifications and amminities are Lovable,
