Q: I have come across a property at Whitefield independent house on plot of 1200 sq.ft and constructed area around 1600 sq.ft with covered car parking and all amenities.Documents seems to be clear.Buildng is one year old. What is the maximum price I can pay including registration. Please enlighten me .Kan

Can a clear title A khata document can be bifurcated for ground floor and 1st floor.
Q: on 30x40 ft site on A Khatta BBMP and developed layout in Whitefield, the construction was made on ground floor and 1st floor. Can I get Bifurcation of A khata for ground floor & separate for 1st floor .Please confirm. It is clear documents site.

Latest Answer: I think you should be able to get it unless there are any violations/deviations in the building plan. If the building is not as per approved plan you will not get a bifurcated A katha. In that case they would provide you with a B katha.
