Q: Hi, please share your email/mobile numbers, who have booked flat in Pragati park, Ulwe, Also le me now if you have any flat possession details.

Hello !!! Pragati owners, Jago Grahak Jago......... The builder has put us in trouble. He is not issuing OC for unknown reasons. I am in trouble because paying a huge interest on Bank loan. With out OC not able to stay there so paying rent too. What to do now, should we collectively and physically meet the builder and request him for his final word or to approach consumer court. This is because if you ask the builder each time he gives some OC commitment but with no result. Please share your views at the earliest.

Hi, I have asked the builder today. He says OC is ready and flats are available @ 4500/- thinking what to do. Any advice.
Builder is fooling you, OC is not ready for pragati park, when you will ask him show it to you, he will say OC is ready for his other building in ulwe. Please take your own decision & check all copies with builder to avoid any surprises
