Q: Can anybody share their experience with Mantra Properties, Pune.

Hi Jaya, As far as I know about builder, he is one of the renowned developers in Pune. He has delivered almost 4 successful projects in Pune. I have taken one unit in Mantra Magistica and I am fully satisfied with builder performance. By the way which project of mantra properties you are look forward?
Hi Saurav, Thanks for your comment. Two projects are ongoing now in Chakan by this builder. I am planning one of these two. Some one from Mantra Megestic posted about this builder very negatively about delays in terms of forming society, documents and also about Agreement . ALso some one negatively commented about quality of the work by this builder
