OC for NEWA Garden-Phase II which is nearing completion
Q: I have heard that there is an issue related to the OC for this property considering it is falling in CRZ-2 area. Is it correct?? The banks are also providing loan for this property. Also let me know if OC is mandatory for resale of flat if obtaining loan from any bank. Should i invest in this property? Please advise.

Latest Answer: Oc is a required document. You can not sell your property in absence of OC. Yo have seen the result of Campa Cola Societies in absence of OC.
