My comments to replies
In case of a delay in the property tax payment, the GHMC levies an interest of 2% per month on the outstanding tax amount, which can accumulate to 24% per year.
I did NOT ask for any penalty in case of a delay in payment. My question relates to the REVISED property tax amount (after the hike) for 3 years in the case of SECUNDERABAD CANTONMENT BOARD, ( NOT G H M C !)
