Require review for Nyati Equatorial, Bavdhan
Q: I am planning to buy 2bhk flat in Nyati Equatorial, Bavdhan. I had certain question as below 1) Does it comes in PMC or gram panchayat limits? 2) Do we have water shortage in this area? 3) How about basic amenities here?

Also, Nyati Equatorial property is placed in Bavdhan Budruk i.e. Opposite to Lalani quantum so i had queries regarding basic amenities as well as Water Supply under Bavdhan Budruk.
