Here are some general guidelines for choosing a experience builders for constructing your dream home:- 1) Do consult your local development authority; 2) Do find a good registered architect with an experience of at least 5 yrs.; 3) Do find out if your builder/contractor working with him has a registered architect not work with an unregistered architect.
