Hey Mr Hemant, Builders have been coordinated to advise buyers regarding allotment details. The property could be acquired as flats, apartments, villas or plots etc. Developers need to distribute the date of allotment by the Noida Authority, date & a number of approval of layout plans, location map in their project advertisement. Hi Surinder, According to news, the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has left upon a project to extend the city, guarantee sorted out development and enhance medicinal services and education. The new development will be designed segment wise in case, in future, the city can gain smart city tag.

@ Surinder, This will help BDA build up a smart city where a wide range of facilities can be arranged. Hi Esha, As per my knowledge, Greenfields colony is a mega green township located in Faridabad. Greenfiled colony is a well developed decent area suitable for investment as well as for end use. Gurukul road is connecting this area with other nearby areas. This area is close to Mathura Road. This project is located in Sector 137, Noida, which is a decent residential location. Here you will have 1BHK apartment, with area of 425 sq-ft. This project price will come around 25.28Lac. Location is good, project is good, this project will be good for you.

Yes, in a speech he also mentioned that Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Amendment Bill, are essential for speedy economic development of the country. This Bill will not only make real estate sector consumer-friendly, but also fulfil the target of ''Housing for All'' by 2022.
But it will be only possible if the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Bill passed by the Rajya Sabha. It has been approved by the Union Cabinet, will be a pioneering initiative to protect the interest of consumers, promote fair play in real estate transactions and to ensure timely execution of projects.

It is true Sangyukta. But opposition party is not interested and trying to obstruct the approval. They don't know that the Bill will provide a uniform regulatory environment to ensure speedy adjudication of disputes and orderly growth of the real estate sector.
But it is true. GST has the potential to push India's GDP by 1-2%, Naqvi also added that GST Bill will no only bring much-needed transparency in taxation, but also it will benefit the Centre and the states equally.
