i have purchased a flat for 19 lakh, in nagpur. How much service tax and VAT i have to pay
Q: what is the percentage of VAT , stamp duty, service tax in 12.36%?

Hi dear, you can check from the official website for tax related update. But as off now within city limit stamp duty is 6.5 % of the sales value or market value and a 1 % Registration fee on the sale value or market value but registration fee shall not exceed Rs 30000.
