I am looking to buy a flat in Hyderabad in the price range of 30-40 lakhs, in any good decent area like Begumpet,Punjagu
Q: In past my family has invested in areas like Gachibowli, that side of the city and was very much in litigations. That is why I do not prefer that areas.

Latest Answer: Adithya Serenade is a good project that is built in the Panjagutta area. It starts from rupees 50 lakhs i think. But they are nice apartments built by reliable builders. I think they will be a good choice too.
