Without visiting the project site you can not find out the realty. If you think that somebody will provide you the information about the construction quality and the material used in the project is totally wrong expectation. Only developer and their marketing person will give you such information because they have to sale their units. Better visit the site and find out the ground realty, amenities, sample flats, connectivity, basic facilities nearby. So, before buy property you mush visit the site first, after all it is the matter of your hard earned money.

Available 2BHK is in 1010 sq-ft with price range of Rs. 64 lacs and 3BHK from 1421-1480 sq-ft. within the range of Rs. 84-85 lacs onward.

CREDAI strongly desire the State government to bring improvements in urban local bodies administration and ask for single window clearance for real estate projects.
CREDAI Mangaluru president D.B. Mehta told the State Govt. that the realty sector has been affected strongly due to bureaucratic delays in functioning of the urban local bodies. A developer has to get at least 20 NOCs from different agencies to start a project. The process of getting NOCs from the agencies could take 1-3 yrs., by which time a developer would have lost valuable time and other resources.
A builder's suicide note highlighted the delays in getting approvals, political interference, and plans getting rejected with backdated effect. The note also mentioned demands for bribes from officials and forcing for bribes.

Hello all, a really interesting update from you guy.As far as I know the project has been proposed to approve by PMC and Banks like HDFC, ICICI, LIC, Axis and IDBI are ready to tie up. The estimated completion date of this project is by two years from now.
