I have a plot in Sector 02 greater noida west. Can i sell it as i dodnt have the registry done and what can be the price

Latest Answer: Hi Viraj, Without registration of property, you can not sell it. It is prudent to enroll your properties in your name with proper documentation , likewise you need to pay registration and stamp duty charges and property tax before selling your property to any other person.
