I want to highlight one case. Plot is allotted by CIDCO. The plan has been approved by One Municipal Corp. Based on this people have purchased the flats. All the papers are OK, construction is as per plan. Builder applies for OC. Now suddenly Municipal Corp. realizes that CRZ approval should-have been taken before issuance of CC ! People wait for few months. Builder asks buyers to take possession by paying last dues. Due to need (Retired people, Home-Loan EMI etc) buyers take possession. Even as per new CRZ notification case can be cleared but CRZ controlling authority denied POST_FACTO clearance. If so much confusion is there between govt. authorities.
