I have some doubts about the projects, it was named green meadows earlier and now Accurate wind chimes. Do the builder have all the clearance, how is the builder as this is his first project
I think Pacifica group has better credentials...or Prestige infact
Pacifica is all on paper but not sure about the clearances, prestige is best but the cost is very high

Accurate Wind Chimes are a residential project with 2BHK and 3BHK Apartments located in Gachibowli-Narsingi, near ORR, and a short distance from the Financial District, Gachibowli, HITEC City and Madhapur. Sales representative quoted Rs 3550 per sq ft and he said he will provide the best possible while booking this project.
I heard they are also offering some 0 pre EMI scheme, is it good to book flat under this scheme

Flat for sale in Ramky one kosmos Nallagandla. Will you be interested to consider.Price is less than the market price quoted by builder.
