I put my 3BHK flat with around 1430 sqft on sale at SP INFOCITY and I put it at the current rate 85L. Please spread it.

My comments to replies
Location plays major role in deciding property rate. If it is a road side property and all the basic daily necessities are nearby then price will be higher side and if if it is a internal property and inside the main road then there will be a price difference of 200-500/sq-ft. Current property rate is going in the locality is Rs. 4300-7500/sq-ft.
