Hi Prince Sharma, I also have invested in the same project and was not aware of the issue that the builder is increasing the floors from 14 to 24 without giving notifications to the investors (residents). This is highly unprofessional. Moreover I see that non of them have responded to your grievance. I did inquired recently ( last week ) about this and there was no satisfactory answer to my query. To my surprise, rest of the towers in the project are under completion, however only Tower A & B are under expansion to 24 floors. It seems that the project would only be handed over around end of 2017. I was informed that the builder sought permission from the authorities and was granted permission to extend the tower to 24 floors. I am surprised to see that how can this be granted if the tower initially was designed for bearing a load capacity till 14 floors and now the same foundation can withstand load of extended 24 floors. We as investors need to come together and seek answers.
