FSI is the parameter that decides the amount of one can fabricate in a given plot. Case in point, on the off chance that you have a 2400 sq.ft plot then in Chennai with a FSI of 1.5 you can manufacture 3,600 sq.ft. The arranging specialists mull over the current thickness of the city and discover what amount more a city can hold as for the base that is accessible and focus the FSI. They likewise utilize this control to direct improvement and future thickness of the city. In Chennai while typical structures have a 1.5, multi-storeyed structures can go up to 2.5 and on the off chance that it will be IT building up to 3.75.

There should be some common sense in this approach. The 15% reservatio. should be allowed anywhere in the city and not within that project. Please note the poor doesn't become rich by making the rich poor. China had trumpeted this fact. There should be some common sense in this approach.
