Latest Answer: Plz dont book flat in any SSVR group.Builder Not following his commitment. Maximum work is completed by respective flat owner. Cracks in wall, all tiles are cracks and scratched. Builder is not ready to replace. Very bad quality of work and supervisor behave is very bad.After possession you tell to do any thing he will deny even small things.
Got incomplete possession after 8 month when the promised. still work not complete.
I will never suggest any one to go with this builder SSVR
