Lift and Generator maintenance charges
Q: WE have two buildings in our society and both buildings are collecting maintenance charges separately and operated separately. G+7 buidling has lift and generator but G+4 does not have lift and Generator. Now both building would like to operate commonly. Now my question is G+4 who will not be using Lift and Generator then whether they will be forced to pay lift and Generator maintenance charges?

Latest Answer: at the time of possession generator was not installed , lift was in installed for G+7 building Now G+4 building want want to join society if G+7 building. Should G+4 building members should pay lift maintenance charges ? Builder is not involved any more society was formed 10 years back. in Society bye laws is there any statement about paying lift maintenance charges for building who is not using lift
