The sewage lines are yet to be constructed and the drainage system also needs attention. In reality,, some of the projects do not have electricity and water connection. It seems to me that you did not file a case for cheque bounce against the builder. By doing so you have missed the trick in as much as a very important weapon in your legal protective has not been used by you.

That is true.....If you do not have a title deed you cannot sell the property.
