Indore super corridor investment
Q: 1. How is the property appreciation in super corridor Indore? 2. is it good to invest in land or flat ? 3. Looking for 2/3 BHK flat, what are the best project available in super corridor area in Indore for investment purpose

Hi Rishi, Undoubtedly super corridor is a good place to invest in Indore. Bypass is also showing promising returns with end users constructing houses. However utmost important is the rate and the project which you are looking to buy. You will get a lot of variation in rates so choose carefully. I personally entered at 1200 in a project which has all the legalities etc cleared, payments by cheque etc. If you want can share the details with you also.
Thanks Aditya I will appreciate if you can send me the details pleas. Did you bought a plot or a flat I still confused where to invest as i dont leave in Indore and buying a land can have some maintenance and/or care taking issues
