Yogesh, we have checked with MBR and I have personally seen the owners and connected with some to complete my research to buy. You have purchased no units from them. Please refrain from interfering in our closed group. I just picked up 2BHK villa and have got a very good service. They are marketing on their own now and I got to meet their owner Mr. Bharath also.

Q: SRIVEEN ESTATE PVT LTD, having office at Akashaya Plaza, Doddathogur, Electronic City, Bangalore is very bad builder, will suggest not to purchase any flats from the builder "SRIVEN ESTATES PVT LTD" . He is having projects named "Sriven Luminous Amaltas" and "Sriven Exotica" The Quality of maintaince is very poor. Builder and his people will cheat you (initially will talk very good with you) Will not give the proper docs to bank, and will ask to go behind Bank. Then he will as to to pay money as date is over. U need to go to bank multiple times. It will be just "Paid Head Ache, if you have purchased any Flat from his builder." Suggest you if you are in purchasing, cancel the deal.

Hi, Dear Moto! , I dont agree with your point of view on Sriven Estate Pvt Ltd. 1st of all i really liked thier service and i also recommended my friends also to buy flats from them, The only the reason to with them is- They are very transparent and very clean on all sort of documents like Banking/Legal Documents. As i have experienced good service from Sriven, I recommend people to go for it... And seeying your comments i feel you may be an Competitor to them... :-)

Please visit Sriven Exotica Before Booking I am one of the owners of Sriven Exotica appt. constructed by Sriven Estates. This Sriven Estates is not able to complete the basic work in the Sriven Exotica, Sriven Estatess official staffs (Kiran) and the builder himself are giving excuse. I am very frustrated due to this Builder, that I am plan to resale my flat. Beware of the Sriven Estates cheaters, its not a builder it is in a single umbrella all cheaters are assembled. They dont want to do business they opened a company to earn some money from people within few years and will be vanished from market. Photo attached for your reference Below are the basic complains of Sriven Exotica., which are not resolved by the Sriven Estates. 1. No Water Supply 2. No Car parking space allotted, which include with the flat. 3. No Power backup for Lift. 4. No Drainage for Sriven Exotica. 5. Construction is very poor and no maintenance as decided during flat sale. 6. No proper Road

Celebrity Square is an under construction project and the project is expected to get completed by April 2016. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 2600. The price of apartments in this project starts from Rs 20 lakhs.

RI Elegance is an ongoing project and the project offers 2 & 3 bhk units. The price of the apartment ranges from Rs 40 lakhs to Rs 50 lakhs approximately. BBMP and banks like HDFC, LIC & SBI have approved the project.

Apart from that all leading banks and financial institutions are funding this project. You can also visit the project site and ask the owners of that society about the project and its locality.

Hello Sunitha Kumari Woods and Winds by Kumari Builders and Developers, located at Chansandra, Bangalore. This project is spread over 2 acres of land consists 120 units in one single building. It is offering 2 and 3 BHK residential apartments. Variants are available from 1070 - 1240 sqft (Built-up area) in 2BHK and 1350 - 1640 sqft in 3BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.3800 per sqft. Possession of this project has started but still few flats are available in new as well as in resale option.

Hello Francis, As the developers website mentioned that it is a ready-to-move-in project, then must follow the state RERA rules. As it is a RERA Registered project and its RERA Registration number is PRM-KA-RERA-1251-310-PR-170915-000281. So, they will must follow the RERA guidelinnes.
Yes, it is a RERA approved project and all approvals are in place. As per RERA rules builder could not get Completion Certificate until and unless they complete the project on time and per the approved plan. I am sure if it is a ready-to-move-in project, then they must received occupancy certificate.

This is based on my personal experience with Concorde group in purchasing a flat from them. They are very good before the sale and will promise lot of things but will not honour the commitments after you pay them. Few suggestions for potential buyers - Never rely on their verbal commitments and promises. Always try to add each and every small thing in the agreement or at the least ask them to respond from their official emails. If they try to convince you that they can neither add that in agreement nor they can send an email, be very careful then, 99 percent times they would not honour the commitment. Most of their staff members are unprofessional including their Directors who wont even have a courtesy to resolve any issue with the customer.This is based on my personal experience with Concorde group in purchasing a flat from them.
