i am looking for some property investment in noida and greater noida. for this i visited some projects from various builders. after comparing all projects and checking with my requirement i have decide to go for gaur sportswood. can you please suggest whether it will be a good option or not. on the basis of good builder reputation and construction quality i think this can be a good option. please suggest.

In which tower you have booked your flat? Hawelia Velenova Park, Greater Noida is a under construction project and it is expected that possession will be September end or October 2017. But it will again depends on your tower number.
As of now, I didn't book any flat. I want to buy 3 bhk apartment. I can wait till Dec 17 end but want ready to move only. Any suggestion top 4 ready to move luxurious projects in Noida West. Howz Valenova project? Someone suggested to look Gaur Saundaryam, cherry county and saya zion. These projects are also luxurious projects.

Tower-C, outer plaster and paint work, vertical plumbing work, floor installation work, lift testing work, lift wall cladding work, lobby area flooring work and terrace water proofing brick-coba work under progress, lift installation work and 1st stair case marble fixing work completed.
