The project is under Landscape builders and metro city developers and they have bought acres of land in borkhar vindhane, which is located near ranjanpada station and they will also start their project for 1bhk, 2 bhk and ...... Theyb dont have any layout approvals, as they are saying that the land comes under gram panchayat, so they need approvals from gram panchayat.Hi Ketal,

it is still coming under gram panchayat, once cidco will take over and then if they dont get the permission for their plan, then what?
