Post Maintenance Cost Calculation
Q: Im building a 100 flat apartment. With that Im also providing 1 year maintenance facility. So, now, I would like to calculate how should I charge from each owner per SFT. I see you have ur own forum, so im requesting you to help me how do I do it.

Latest Answer: Hi, Initially you can do some market survey, i.e. find out the market price of your localities, then you should contact with the builder and take some information about material cost and other material to built apartment. After that, you should do some legal work, like approval from the authorities and so on.
