Q:
BPTP has stopped progress after taking 80% money from customers on their project Park Spacio at sector 37 D in Gurgoan. Every time you ask , they give stereo type reply that the contractor has run away and work will commence in few months time . looks they have diverted the funds and now simply misguiding the customers . Is their any way to handle such incompetent and cheater builder .
Got some positive news from BPTP that contractor has been finalized and work will start from April onwards. For more details please send mail and join the spacio owners association

I am ready to take bptp to court over my bookiing in spacio in sector 37 D no progress from the last 2 yrs ..money taken 4.5 yrs back still waiting always excuses & Mgmnt does not want to meet customers if more people are cheated & feeling same pls share ur details i ma planing to take them to court for my money back with due interest..
