Is it, you bought a flat here? or already occupant ? I came to know it is a B khata as no OC is there.

Hey Ashwini, The project is ready to move in and it has got approval from BBMP. It is a A Khata property and builder is providing OC for the same.
I was intrested very much, but I got to know today from an insider, there is no CC for the Project. So cant get OC. SO its B khata property. Fake promises to trap innocent customers.
