Buying of Village/Gram Panchayat Sites??
Q: Hello Sir, Please help me resolve my below queries 1. Is it OK to buy only gram panchayat approved sites @ off mysore road, near Ramohalli, Big Banyan Tree Road Bangalore? 2. If yes then what documents i should take for verification before buying the site? 3. Will be there any future complications? 4. Location of the site is behind MUKTHI NAGA TEMPLE & around 5Kms from Blore-Mysore highway.5. What would be the process for registration? 6. Should we ask for any NOC issued from BDA/BMRDA?? 7. If i buy the property can i make house immediately on the site?

I think it is very much safe to buy this property but to be on the safer side it is better to cross check all the documents with the help of a legal expert.

Yes you can buy Panchayat approved lands after checking the parent documents, encumbrance certificate, panchayat approval patta and sitta (If any).
