I would suggest Mahindra World City in that locality which will be ideal for investment. Lot of people are working in the big companies there. The demand for rental is good. Hi. I have invested for the same project. The builder is very good and i can vouch for them. Really very good construction and features. That is a very good choice. They have both villa plots and villas so the area varies accordingly. the price range is in 1.5 to 3 crores for VILLAS. Plots are at 2200/sft.That is a very good choice.
