I want to buy a site at IVC Road. Its 5 Kms from Bangalore airport . Is it safe to invest 900 per sq feet?
Q: Its located 20Kms from hebbala flyover and it connects to Doddaballapur. Layout is named as TELECOM GREEN CITY

My comments to replies
The layout will be developed in the 50 acres of land and will be soon approved by BIAAPA. Before investing check all the documents provided.
I am doubting on the approval. If doesn't get approved by BIAPPA we will be in loss. So can you please clarify this.
