1. VAT and ST - Much higher than other builders2. Maintenance charges - Charged at Rs 3/sqft with hardly any amenities where as big buildings with almost all amenities charge a max of Rs 2/sqft.Any comments?Thanks
hey....if you are planning to buy one, you can purchase my flat ...its ready for registration, 2 BHK (620 sqft) flat on 6th floor ( we booked it on 6th floor becuse of hot solar water heater supply)...I am open to sell the same considering some margin for the buyer....Regards Sharad
