Investment in shirdi ?
Q: am from nashik. I want to invest in land. One of the builder in our locality advised me that it is best to invest in shirdi at this point of time. is there a growth in shirdi? Will i get a better returns? What would be the best rate that I should purchase a 1000 sq ft land in shirdi?

Hi Sanket, Shirdi is a town which come under the jurisdiction of municipal council popularly known as Shirdi Nagar Panchayat, located in Rahata Taluka in Ahmednagar District in the Indian state of Maharashtra.I think it is one of the great ideas to invest in Shirdi.
Samrat I have a budget of 10 lacs and I can wait for 5 years ... what can i expect out of it ? and on what grounds?
