Planning to buy 3BHK
Q: Planning to buy 3BHK with North or east facing. Is all land issue with defence and HMT sorted ?

There was a issue about the HMT factory land issue and bad smell coming from HMT factory. But there is no update about the same :( :(
Thanks rajiv, Is it a worth buy here? Is hmt land issue involves apartment or unsold portion of the hmt?
