Sorry ! they still have not been given license & they are reqd to get license, environment clearance, building plan approval before proceeding any further ...

Mahendra Developers Shantima project took bookings in November 2014, and even after such long wait, even now there is no confirmation on draw dates. What to do? Builder keeps giving meaningless excuses for delays & wants harshly written documents for refund, after waiting for over 9-10 months i don't know what to do? habitat too started bookings in november 14 & finally draw is announced for 12th August. Is this all not unfair to small investor? Even guiding estate brokers claim, they had no transparency & info

There is no update, builder keep on giving the false timelines. I think we should withdraw the deposited amount. Its already been 2 years. What to do if builder doesn't gives the money back?
Hi ! I met the builder mahendar yadav, too greedy, not worth wasting time or money, withdrawn my money, no interest given, have no time to chase for same. Meet him once u'll know what to do.

Recently I inquired about the project & got to know , builder is waiting for the approval. Once the approval is in place ,builder will begin construction work.
they'll give u all fake excuses n assurances to ensure u dont ask for refund, mahendra meadows brochure has there mobile no.s as well, even now no license, no environment clearance .... big fraud on small trusting investors in all haryana affordable housing ...

I have also made an application in Mahendra's Shantima Affordable housing project in October 2014 and till now there is no information of draw from builder. Please share the contact details of the builder as I do not have any.
