Hi all, I have talked with the builders and they said that they are shifting project specific teams to the project site. Only God knows what they are trying to achieve. Every week, there are protest at Amrapali by one or other project so to avoid that they have moved everything at site offices and only kept bare minimum operational staff at corporate office. It is difficult to avoid protests or a repeat of what was done by some other builders like Vigneshwara etc.
Hello Preeti ji, Amrapali will not run away they have lot of property. The only problem with them is of funds. No need to panic as they have shifted operations to facilitate better take care of progress. Now-a-days, they are not giving leaves to their employee. I have talked with their employee. As per employee, they have never salary issues. People are working there for 4-5 yrs. Things are not that bad. We just need to maintain pressure on builder.

Hi Nitesh, As per my knowledge, Migsun Ultimo is one of the popular residential project is OMICRON 3,Greater Noida. This project offers 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 1005 sq-ft to 1595 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 2400/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around 2018 March. This project is located in a prime residential decent sector, having all daily basic amenities nearby.
Hey Guys, According to sources, this project was launched in 2014 October. Launching price was 2200/sq-ft. In this project, the floor rise price is 40/sq-ft. Better connectivity is a key feature, connected to Noida, Delhi & Noida Expressway. It is also came to know from the different sources that there are many costs associated with parking spaces, which includes, costs to developers to construct the spaces, costs to drivers who occupy them, opportunity costs of the land used for parking, and external costs. Most parking spaces are automatically included with building purchases and rents.

Hi, My question to all the forum members that what is the government's plan and how will they reduce it?
@Sadashiva, Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar suggested cities with a population over 10 lakh, processing and disposal facilities would have to commissioned within 18 months, for those cities with 10-15 lakh population they would have to be completed in 2 yrs. and cities with a population below 5 lakh would completed up to 3 yrs.

Q: After 50 months of booking a flat in this project, the builder has only completed the basement slab. There is no commitment from the builder as to when the construction will restart.

Hi Vivek! When is the last meeting with the builder? Dis you ask about the possession date? Have you ever visited the project site? What is the current status of the project? I think if you have invested a heavy amount then you should expense a little more to visit the developers office or the project site for the current status.
According to me, you have to check your agreement, there is clause for delay possession. If it is mentioned on your agreement then you should mail the builder and ask for the possession of your property with interest from the date of possession. If you are not getting any positive feedback from them then consult a legal expert or file a complain against the builder for delay possession.

Hello Sir, Do you have any updates on Amrapali Dream Valley Ph-2? I have brought 1 BHK in November, 2012 and possession was expected in 3 yrs + 6 months grace period. But Even after 3.6 yrs., i didn't get my flat possession. Till now the builder has created the structure and nothing else. I have paid the 95% amount and giving rent as well as EMI. Hi Ashish, As Vihan Golf Way is an under construction project, and as per RERA Act, every ongoing project will have to register with RERA otherwise, builder has to pay huge penalty after 31st August and at the same time compensation to the buyers for delay possession. So, you do not need to worry now. One of the worst developer in Delhi-NCR. Not a single project has been delivered on time. May buyers who have invested in their project are still struggling for their flat possession or money back. There are many projects developing nearby this locality.
Yes, do all your due-diligence before buying properties anywhere in India. Ask for all the legal approvals and verify it by a property lawyer or local body. Check the developer's past completed project and their commitment. If it is an under-construction project, ask for the RERA approval and then go for that.

Hello Kajal, But i heard a lots of negative feedback against this builder and its project. As per the buyers, builder is not taking their problems seriously and ignoring. A lift accident matter is also against the builder. Which local body and financial institutions are offering loan for this project?
This is very unfortunate if anyone faces this type of problem from the builder. The Gaur Saundaryam by Gausons India Limited situated at Tech Zone-iv, Greater Noida project is approved by Greater Noida Authority and banks such as BOB, Axis, and SBI are funding this project.
