We have around 4 acre of ancestral Property at Noida expressway. Is it the best time to sell the property or should we wait for another couple of years. Some of my friends are suggesting me to tie up with a builder and we can have a share of profit along with few flats in the developed apartment society. How does this process work? Who all builders support such type of association?

As you have mentioned in your query that you have mailed RWA multiple times but no action has been taken. My advice to you that take the other members of the society in confidence and a copy of mail which you have mailed and send society a legal notice. Recently i came to know that builder is creating some problems for issuing NOC for resale. Earlier builder was charging 100 Rs. per sq. feet for NOC not it is increased to 450 Rs. per sq. feet. According to me this is illegal. Builder does not have any right to stop some one for selling his own property. Please advise on this point.
