membership charge for resale flat
Q: is club member charge required for purchasing resale flat ( owner have already taken handover from vipul)?

In Maharashtra, the following is applicable, for Transfer of Membership. a) 500/- as Membership Transfer Fees b) 100/- as Membership Entrance Fees c) 25000/- as Share Transfer Premium 2. Any demand by the Society, beyond the above, is a Criminal Offense of Extortion and Cheating. So, chk your bye-laws and also sale deed what all mentioned on it.
