Is it safe to buy B Katha Pent House Apartment near Banashankari (Chikalasandra).

If the Land documents are correct but the pent house is Unauthorised can I purchase the apartment. Buying B Khata property should not be a problem. But before signing a sale agreement, you must make sure the property has clear title, f the property has a clear title , even the banks will have no problems in issuing a loan.
Balaji, I heard that there will be no bank sactions for the pent house. The property which I have seen is on the terrace can I apply for the bank loan. Some people have told me the pent houses is Unauthorised construction. Is it true !!
