The guideline value of arcot tnhb is rs 950 in front rates are going up to rs 1200 dead end rs 600. average rate is rs 800 per square feet.corner good plots have got sold for rs 900

with 7 th pay commision the rates are bound to go up in near feature TNHB has stopped selling plots and proceeding with apartments even flats have started coming in walajapet ranipet areas.it may happen in Arcot also

lot of enquiries happening with real sales. with tn govt going to implement 7th pay comisssion and salaries to go up by 30 %. Demand is going to increase .Prices to touch around avg 1500 rs.Tn govt also will increase guideline value very soon.

For many, Vellore is their hometown, while some have made Vellore their home for several years now. But what is common among most is the aspiration for a better city – that which offers the most basic amenities before moving on to technology-driven smart solutions. Though water scarcity is one of the major hitches staring at residents, Vinod Ramanarayanan, consultant with Atheno Infonomics, which is the consultancy for the project, found during the online survey, that traffic congestion and lack of recreation facilities were the most troubling factors for residents. “Most of the residents highlighted these two issues during the online/offline surveys. Tourism potential Enhancing the tourism potential of Vellore could offer more recreation facilities for residents. Mr. Viswanathan noted there were many opportunities to encourage tourism in Vellore. “The Fort should be spruced up and beautified. There are a number of forts on the hills too. The focus should be on clean, green and safe Vellore,” he added. The Raja, Rani Kottai Hills at Sathuvachari should be developed as tourists spots and adventure tourism such as trekking could be promoted, suggested Franco Benedict, a resident and general secretary of Trauma Care Road Safety Trust. On studying the pan-city wide problems in Vellore, the consultant is now looking at specific area based problems and solutions. “We are looking to identify citizen champions who can give us feedback,” added Mr. Ramanarayanan.

Hi anyone can confirm what is the current price of land per sq ft in Arcot tnhb phase II
Average price is around rs 1100 psf. Plots with houses front end are goind up to rs 1500 good location corner plots upto rs1300 psf minimum interiors prices are going between rs 800 and 900
