As per my knowledge, Today Callidora is one of the popular residential development in Gurgaon, developed by Today Homes & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. This project is located in Sector-73, one of the prime residential sector, having all daily basic amenities nearby. This project offers 2BHk & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 1216 sq-ft to 1622 sq-ft. Construction is on full swing, expected possession is around May 2016.

Today Callidora is an impressive residential project, having 80% open green area and 3 side open units. The project is located on the border of proposed metro station as well as close to NH 8. this project has around 80% open areas, greenery, a fully eco friendly environment here. Units are mostly 3side open space with dedicated car parking.

As per my knowledge, Today Homes Kings Park is one of the popular residential development by Today Homes in Greater Noida. This project is providing 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 1035 sq-ft to 1610 sq-ft. This project has both high as well as low rise structures. Expected possession of this project is around March 2016. Builder quoted price is around 3800/sq-ft.
It seems that the builder has started in 2009.All the buyers of this project are in a dilemma.It seems that the Builder is not putting manpower to complete the project.Who is the right person to contact there......seems an excellent location.....but everytime i go there nobody seems to be working.for the past 3 months same status.......

As per sources, this project is located just opposite to 18 hole golf course as well as close to Pari chowk. This residential project is located in a prime residential location with decent environment, Omega-I. All daily basic amenities are nearby. This location has many well known schools & hospitals. It is an excellent location with good connectivity, close to shopping mall.

The best and most strategically placed (behind NRI City, close by Pari Chowk) at Eldeco Golf View,Greater Noida.This sector has blend of group housing and apartments. This sector has well known schools like Delhi Scottish, Todays, Jaypee, and so on.
