Q: Property is in GIDC , makarpura , Vadodara & property is industrial shed. This propert is to be given on rental basis. What is the stamp duty applicable for registeration of leave & licence agreement /

Latest Answer: The registration charge for a leave and license agreement is Rs. 1000/- only. Stamp duty should be taken as follow: 1. Where the amount of average annual rent + he amount of security deposit, or money advanced or to be advanced does not exceed Rs. 2,50,000/- cost you Rs. 500/- 2. Where the amount of average annual rent + the amount of security deposit, or money advanced or to be advanced exceeds Rs. 2,50,000/- but does not exceed Rs. 5,00,000/- cost you Rs. 1000/- 3. Where the amount of average annual rent + the amount of security deposit, or money advanced or to be advanced exceeds Rs. 5,00,000/- cost you Rs. 2000
