We have a rented 4storey apartment building in Bhowanipore that we would like to sell. What approx price would it fetch?
Q: The concern is would it fetch the market value since it is already rented. How should we go about the selling process?

Hi Arijit, I think you should not sell your apartment, as it already giving monthly income. also take the local legal advised for your property. they will guide you in more better way...
